1. Triplex Coating and Lamination (Nordmeccanica, Italy)

Our state-of-the-art Coating and Lamination facility, manufactured by Nordmeccanica, Italy, is a testament to our commitment to excellence. This facility is designed to produce laminate variants with utmost precision and efficiency, ensuring a dust-free input of raw materials during processing.

Moreover, our Coating and Lamination facility is equipped with several advanced features to further enhance the quality and reliability of our processes. To maintain safety and control, our facility also features a solvent monitoring system.

2. High speed Flexographic and Rotogravure printing machines

With the advancement of the pharma-packaging industry, Finepharmapack places great emphasis on printing essential information on drug primary packaging. Our premier printing facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensures the delivery of high-quality printing. At the heart of our plant lies the Flexo Printing Machine, imported from Gallus, Germany and three Rotogravure printing machines designed in Italy and Japan. This cutting-edge machine is capable of utilizing Solvent Inks, Water-based Inks, and Low migration UV Inks, allowing us to generate a diverse range of printed materials.

3. High Speed Slitting

To ensure precise and accurate cutting operations, Finepharmapack has equipped its Slitting Facility with three cutting-edge High-Speed Slitters sourced from Poland. These ultramodern machines are specifically designed to deliver exceptional performance. With a slitting width range spanning from 50 mm to 1200 mm and a remarkable slitting and winding accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm, our Slitting Facility stands among the top contenders in the pharma packaging industry.

Moreover, our facility is capable of achieving a Maximum Outer Diameter of up to 800 mm while maintaining a flawless Flush Finish. This feature significantly enhances the efficiency of our slitting process, allowing for seamless production. Additionally, to ensure speedy job completion, our slitting unit boasts the shortest setup time available in the market, further streamlining our operations and maximizing productivity.

4. R&D, QC and Testing facility

At Finepharmapack, we recognize the paramount importance of Quality Control in the pharma packaging industry as it ensures the adherence to high standards in our manufactured wrappings. To uphold this commitment to quality, we have established a comprehensive QC and Testing Facility equipped with various testers that meticulously assess different parameters of the packaging.

For Cold form testing, we employ the B-Map burst tester, which is imported from Germany. This state-of-the-art device allows us to evaluate the integrity and strength of the packaging under cold form conditions. Furthermore, we utilize the Karl Fisher tester to conduct Solvent Moisture level testing, ensuring that our packaging materials meet the desired moisture specifications.

Our QC facility also includes a PH-Tester, which enables us to assess the acidity/alkalinity levels of solvents and inks, ensuring optimal compatibility with the packaged pharmaceutical products. To evaluate the strength and malleability of the packaging, we utilize advanced testing equipment such as the Seal Strength Tester, Bond Strength Tester, and Tensile Tester.

In addition to these essential testing units, our QC facility is equipped with various other specialized testers, including the COF Tester to measure the coefficient of friction, the Leak Tester to assess the sealing integrity, the Stability Chamber to simulate storage conditions, the Gas Chromatograph for precise analysis, the FTIR with Microscope for detailed material examination, and the Blister Cold Form Machine for evaluating blister packaging.
